Apr 21^st Louis Pound	I first met Diannah years ago at a boat show where I was selling my house boat, with a plan to move my household, including my two Scotish terriors, ashore. I was outside smoking and asked her for information about parking my rental car in the area as she was entering the show. We struck up a conversation, and I found out she was a very knowledgeable real estate professional in Chicago. I introduced her to my sister and her husband, who were similarly impressed. Later, I introduced her to may parents, who had sold their goat farm in WI and were moving to Chicago. Needless to say, we are all living in condos we bought at excellent values based on Diannah's guidence. Were I to ever consider selling, trading or buying real estate in Chicago area, my first call would be to the outstanding, extraordinary Broker. She is a credit to her profession, and a fountain of knowledge on the subject. Diannah's research and negotiation skills are top shelf.
Nov 29^th, 2008 Katlyn Forensky	How I met Diannah Evans: I met Diannah while attending a forum in the Hyde Park Community, I was surpised to see this on line and thought I'd let everyone know that Diannah is a great business woman, and I'm sure, Marion Real Estate Services will soon be, not only a locol icon, but on its' way globally! Great Work Diannah, and your presentation was informative, interesting and my family and I will come back for more!! Thanks for the information, and yes, I've signed on as a buyer client of Diannah's and I'm more than pleased with her knowledge of the market, and her negotiation skills. I highly recommend Diannah for your real estate services, buying, selling /investing. I've recommended her company for property management services as well!
Nov 23^rd, 2008 Richard Alexander	The wife and I met Dianah while having lunch in the downtown loop area, Diannah, open & communicative while having general conversation told us abot her company, well, to make a long story short, at the end of the day, my wife and I and Diannah made fast friends, and needless to say, Diannah has us as new clients. Hat's off!
